• Listings, photos, descriptions, categories, locations, claims, reports, and chat messages.
• Support tickets, ticket numbers, admin responses, and contact emails.
• Device identifiers, notification tokens, app activity, crash data, and security logs.
• Payment and sponsorship records where paid features are used.

3. How We Use Information

• Operate lost and found listings, search, matching, chat, support, and notifications.
• Assign support requests to administrators and communicate ticket status updates.
• Prevent fraud, spam, impersonation, unsafe conduct, and unauthorized access.
• Improve reliability, performance, product design, and user safety.
• Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share information with trusted service providers that help us run hosting, storage, email, analytics, maps, payments, advertising, and push notifications. We may also share information when required by law or needed to protect users, PataLink, or the public.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet legal requirements. We use access controls, HTTPS/TLS, credential separation, and operational safeguards, but no online system is risk-free.

• Manage push notifications from app settings or your device settings.

7. Children

PataLink is not directed to children under 16. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it where required.
